- Most books will be delivered within days, however, please allow 28 days.

Our 30-day returns guarantee
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the package, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please refer to our refund policy below. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
In the event of Enjoy Publications International plc sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Enjoy Publications International plc within 30 days. Enjoy Publications International plc reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Enjoy Publications International plc confirms we will issue a replacement.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 28 days of our receiving your return.
- If you have not received your refund or replacement item within 28 days from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. We will also refund the cost of gift wrapping and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows.
We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Downloadable e-books
You can download an e-book a maximum of 3 times. Once the downloading of an e-book has been initiated, no refund is allowed. The download process is initiated by clicking on a download hyperlink. This action is recorded in our database and the number of download attempts is displayed on your order page. If you have problems that prevent you from downloading the e-book then you should contact us and we will provide you with an alternative method of access.
